Long Stay Bonus
If you stay 7 nights or longer we will give you a discount of 10 %. The discount is only applicable on the price per night, not on the visitor's tax and final cleaning.

On the day of your arrival the apartment will be availabe at 14:00. The day you leave we kindly ask you to check out until 11:00.
With a down payment of at least 50 % of the total price the apartment is bindingly booked.
Conditions of cancellation:
- Until 10 days before arrival: free (your down payment will be refunded)
- 5-9 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
- Less than 5 days before arrival: the total price will be charged
Additional conditions:
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
- A travel cot is charged with € 10,- per night. Please let us know in advance, if you will need one.
- The apartment is located in the first floor. It is not handicap accessible.
- Minimum stay 3 nights
